Academic License: Reserved for universities and higher-education institutions whose primary purpose is teaching enrolled students and granting recognized academic degrees. (Free of charge for non-commercial research)

Research Institute License: Designed for national labs, government research institutes, and non-degree-granting research organizations. (Free for Year 1, with the option to renew under an annual commercial license thereafter)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Grant of License & Restrictions: The academic license of the software ZAMINEX is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license. The licensee/user shall not transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise make the software available to any third party.

Scope of Use: The software shall be used strictly for non-commercial academic research and educational purposes. It may not be used for commercial projects, consulting services, or industry-funded contract work with proprietary outcomes.

Citation and Attribution: The licensee/user agrees to explicitly acknowledge, reference, and cite ZAMINEX in any publications, academic theses, journal papers, or presentations featuring results or figures generated by the software. The following citation format must be used:

Disclaimer of Warranty: The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the use of this software.

NOTE: To run on your server cluster, please specify this in the "Other Information" section to also receive the specialized cluster module.
