TERMS & CONDITIONS

Grant of License & Restrictions: The academic license of the software ZAMINEX is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license. The licensee/user shall not transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise make the software available to any third party.

Scope of Use: The software shall be used strictly for non-commercial academic research and educational purposes. It may not be used for commercial projects, consulting services, or industry-funded contract work with proprietary outcomes.

Citation and Attribution: The licensee/user agrees to explicitly acknowledge, reference, and cite ZAMINEX in any publications, academic theses, journal papers, or presentations featuring results or figures generated by the software. The following citation format must be used:

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the use of this software.
